You can not look at the DOM Data and make a comparison. That data is a snapshot in time, and there is no guarantee that any two systems are at the exact same point in time in terms of that information.

Without having the Chart Header showing the symbol, we have to cover all the items, most of which are in the section we referenced previously. But the main question is whether you are both using data from the same source. The data for the chart that has the header showing is coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as we can see the "[M]" after the symbol, which tells us that the data is from us. But we do not know anything about the other chart.

Assuming that the data for both charts is from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to look through all the possible settings that can affect the charts. This includes most of the "Chart >> Chart Settings".

A couple of items that typically cause an issue like this are "New Bar At Session Start" (in Chart Settings) and the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" in the "Data/Trade Service Settings". This latter setting needs to be set to 1 tick when using the Numbers Bars study for full accuracy.

But again, there are numerous chart settings that can affect how the data is displayed. You need to look through them to see what it could be.

Another thing to try is to copy a Chartbook that has that chart in it from one system to the other and see if the data is different on the other system. This way, at least you know the Chart Settings are consistent.
