Thank you, I have reviewed it and will try what I can from the information listed. I appreciate the help, and will continue to troubleshoot on my end to figure out a solution. I love using Sierra Charts, want to be a life-long user, and currently just struggling with these technical errors related to copy trading trade errors and trade data disconnections with Rithmic. I'm still not fully convinced the errors I'm experiencing are due to my OS and hardware, because of the new observations I made last Friday/Thursday with the lag occurring if I open a position in MNQ/MES, but not MCL, MGC, ZN, or MBT. If it was truly OS/hardware, I would expect the issues to occur regardless of symbol, and all the time.
