I've set the server to DS13.SierraCharts.com, but unfortunately I'm still seemingly having intermittent lag and connection issues. Currently experiencing the same thing as my recorded video in the prior post since today 7/30/24 7:20 am PST to the time of this post. Additionally, I uploaded another video that documents this issue clearly. You only need to watch the first 30 seconds to 1 minute to see the significant lag on chart update, evidenced by the clock, and lag on modifying my orders. Again, this only happens whenever volatility picks up in the markets. This latest video recorded today 7/30 between 8:05 - 8:07 am pst, but the issue had already been ongoing.
