To begin with, there is an option to stop all downloads. It is accessed through the Main Control Panel on our website for your account.

To access the Main Control Panel for your account, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software. From the Main Control Panel, select the menu option near the top for "Account Panel >> Enabled Studies and Files Set to Download". On this page, select the button for "Disable File Downloads".

As noted this will stop ALL downloads.

In order to stop specific downloads, as mentioned above, you need to contact the person that is sharing the files with you to have them remove you. If you do not get a response from them, then please start an "Account Support Ticket" and let us know the specific studies that you are having a problem with. We can remove you from a study, and we will try to contact the developer and remove their studies if they are non-responsive. You can access the Account Support Tickets at the following link:
