This graphical issue has been present for years. Never fixed yet... The graphical bar style draws one pixel taller when it has a width of 2 or more pixels, vs a width of 1 pixel. Please just have some coder just fix it. It's probably just one mistake in one line of code. There is no consistent workaround for the issue.
