Hi! On Renko charts actual price could be higher than the high of the previous bar yet visually the top of the Renko bar appears lower. The same is true for lows. In any event, I'm trying to put some type of indicator on my chart when this occurs. I've attached a copy of my chart and have explained it in more detail.
