Set SG1 to Draw Style Ignore. Set the alert to anything that always evaluates to true and check evaluate on bar close and set an alert sound. Could make the formula C>=O for green bars, and a second instance of the study for C<O for red bars and have different alerts sounds like "red bar" or "green bar" if you were to create those .wav files.
