In the Chartbook you sent, the Trading DOM does not have the "Bid Market Depth" or "Ask Market Depth" columns displayed. You just have "Buy Order Column" and "Sell Order Column". You need to either add the separate "Bid Size" and "Ask Size" columns, or replace the "Buy/Sell Order Column" with the "Bid Size/Buy Column" and the "Ask Size/Sell Column".
