Hi, I'm struggling to get any live data for Gold Foot print chart. I don't know why this is because I have 2 friends that you Sierra Charts and they have no problem getting live Gold data. I have asked them what the reason could be, and they have said that I need Comex data. As far as I know I have Comex data (which is number 14 Comex and I have number 4 CME on the list) but am not receiving anything for Gold Foot Print Chart. Please can you provide a step by step guidance on how I can get live data on Gold Foot print chart. I have been struggling with this for many months now and it is crucial for my trading. There is an option on the list (number 1) which is Full CME, CBOT, COMEX, CME AND NYMEX data. Would this work if I was to use this option? Please advice me on which options I should choose for CME (Forex currencies) and Gold (Comex). I have market and volume profiles, VWAP and Renko candles that all work for Gold. I just can't get any live data working for a Foot print chart. Please help me on this issue as I am really struggling and confused on what to do. Thank you.
