Since you are using Rithmic and Rithmic data, there are two things you need to do. First, do not use the Continuous Futures Contract chart option. You need to set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" to "None". The reason for this is that Rithmic has limited historical data, and with a Continuous Futures Contract, the system may be trying to get data for a previous contract which Rithmic does not have, which can create a problem. Second, go through all the symbols in your charts and make sure that you do not have any non-Rithmic symbols. Any symbol that is not recognized by Rithmic will cause it to keep disconnecting and reconnecting as you are having. Refer to the following documentation for the places to look for symbols - even though the documentation is for cleaning up symbols, it gives the comprehensive information on where to look: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
