What you can do to verify that it is a Rithmic issue is install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data - All Services". This will then give you access to our Delayed Streaming Data. You can then watch the data at the same time and see if you have a problem or not in that installation as well.
