this issue started two days ago, and I am getting these messages. (see attached)

My IP changed and my sierra chart program began to fail to connect. After two days of trying to figure out what could be the issue what I came to find out that if I turned my VPN on the program connected.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same issues and if there is a way around using an active IP without a VPN.

I am using rogers ignite in Canada.
