Ok this is helpful to understand more clearly what is happening. Since the final IP on the side of Rithmic is owned by hurricane electric, it is clear they are using hurricane electric. At least for some of their connectivity. So at this point it is up to Rithmic and/or hurricane electric to solve this issue.
