Hello, I was just long 20 contracts of MGC with limit sell orders above 2480 when all of a sudden at 2024.07.16 18:19:58 PST my chart froze and I got notification from Trade Message Log of the below. The next thing I see after the chart connected back again, is my position closed around 2478 (due to automatic stop orders) and then immediately MGC is trading back above 2480. The issue was from 18:19:58 to 18:20:46 PST, which is documented in the log. Rithmic, who is my usual suspect for any data connection issues, wasn't mentioned in the Message Log so trying to understand what's going on. I have attached the Trade Message Log and Trade Service Log for your review. Please help me understand what happened, why this is happening, and how to fix it?
