One thing we are observing, for the users who are affected is that you are also having problems connecting to the Rithmic Web server. We have no problems connecting to the Rithmic Web server.

And this seems to be related to users on the West Coast of the US. So the user in Ontario, we do not know why you are having a problem but you are. There is some connectivity problems going on on the Internet and these are out of our control but we are going to contact the data center, and see what they know or can help with.
