We have a Lumen Internet connection, in Las Vegas, and we have no trouble with connectivity to all Sierra Chart servers. None.



Regarding post #19 and #22 and the connection issue to Rithmic:

We first need you to update if you have not already!

Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
