I'm seeking support/clarity for why the issues below keep happening and how to fix them. Background: I use Apex Trader Funding and Rithmic Trade Data Connection with Sierra Chart. I have 500 mbs internet speed, connect my PC direct to internet modem, and have top spec PC with good NVIDIA graphic card, 64 gbs RAM, and 2TB SSD. Issues: Whenever there is increased volatility and/or volume coming into ES and NQ, I experience significant chart lag, trading data disconnections, unable to modify orders, erroneous order overfills, failed order modifications, non-responsive orders, trading server did not acknowledge new order, and other related errors. See attached Trader Service Log and Message Log from Thursday 7/11 and Friday 7/12/2024. Apex support adamantly states these are issues stemming from my chart platform service meanwhile I advocate that it's Rithmic related issues. Why is this happening and what could be done to fix it?
