I'm brand new to SC and not entirely sure if it's ok to grab out old threads. I wanted to share alert files for someone who stumbles over this thread in the future and has the same needs, in relation to order action audio alerts and optimizing alert timing.

Sound Files (Config A)
This is a set of custom-generated spoken callouts on order actions, such as "Order filled.", "Order cancelled.", "Order submitted.", "Target hit.", "Stopped out." - in US-English language in a natural male voice.

MALE-US_OrderCancelled.wav
MALE-US_OrderCancelled_delayed.wav
MALE-US_OrderFilled.wav
MALE-US_OrderRejected.wav
MALE-US_OrderSubmitted.wav
MALE-US_StoppedOut.wav
MALE-US_TargetHit.wav

Sound Files (Config B)
There's a variation of two audio files, which are intended to be used with an alternative configuration type. (see Configuration B)

MALE-US_OrderCancelled_delayed.wav
MALE-US_OrderSubmitted_delayed.wav

------------------------------------------------

Alert Configuration (Config A)
In this configuration, there is one callout per type of alert (no repeated alerts of the same type).
I.E. in the case of a bracket order submission, only one alert will be audible for all individual orders together (Entry, Stop(s), Target(s)). This is done by the self-explanatory alert skip function available in SC.

Setup new Alerts (Attribute Audio Files to individual Alert Numbers)
--> General Settings / Alerts / [Alert Settings], [Sound File], [Additional Settings]
For more basic instructions see: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/GeneralSettings.html#Tab_Alerts

Only use audio files which do NOT contain the "_delayed" suffix where available.
Set "Wait for Prior Alert Sound to Finish before Playing Next Queued Sound" --> YES

Link the newly setup alerts with the order action events respectively
--> General Trade Settings / Notification
For more basic instructions see: Global Trade Settings Windows: General Trade Settings

Set "Skip Trade Order Alert if Within N Seconds of Previous Trade Order Alert Type" --> "1" (or more)

RESULT:
Callout pattern example with market order entry containing bracket SL/TP pending orders:
--> "Order Submitted" and "Order Filled". (no repeated messages for the same activity sequence)

------------------------------------------------

Alert Configuration (Configuration B)
For even more brief callouts, the preceding "Order Submitted" or "Order Cancelled" in the same example can be skipped over when triggered at the same time with other action alerts, without deleting them completely, in case they occur in isolation. A delay of 500ms has been added in front of these two audio files, containing the "_delayed" suffix. In conjunction with alert skipping disabled, it won't be audible at all, because after 400ms the next alert starts to play. So there's no cut-off of the first alert, just a clean second alert. 500ms is short enough that it doesn't feel lagging when triggered in isolation in other situations.

Setup new Alerts (Attribute Audio Files to individual Alert Numbers)
--> General Settings / Alerts / [Alert Settings], [Sound File], [Additional Settings]
For more basic instructions see: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/GeneralSettings.html#Tab_Alerts

Use the audio files with the "_delayed" suffix where available.
Set "Wait for Prior Alert Sound to Finish before Playing Next Queued Sound" --> NO

RESULT:
Callout pattern in the same situation as explained above:
--> "Order Filled". (no preceding "Order submitted.", no cut-off alert.)
If "Order submitted" or "Order cancelled." occurs in isolation, it will be audible. Also, in case a market order doesn't get filled immediately, it will still be audible, followed by "Order Filled" once the order gets filled.

Upon quick testing in SIM environment, this works as desired for me.
Please test it out on your own before using live.
