How do I get a "separating line" for my studies below my main Chart I have multiple study charts. Also How do Keep them stop moving with my main chart.

Refer to the following:

When I move my main chart my study chart is moving along with it I want to keep my study chart in small area and not to move.
How do I achieve above?

You can not do this, at least not in the way you are wanting to. When you move a chart, all the studies that are in other regions will move with it.

In order to do what you are wanting, you would need to open a separate chart and have the study on it that you want and then place it somewhere in view so you can see the study at the current bar while viewing previous data in the main chart.

Or, if there is just a particular value or two that you want to keep in view, then you could use the "Text Display for Study" to put the information in a static location on the chart. Refer to the following:
