The problem you are having is that Rithmic does not deal well with symbols that they do not recognize. When this occurs, they will keep disconnecting and reconnecting. We see at least one symbol that is wrong for Rithmic - MES-202306-CME-USD. You would need to find where this symbol is used and either change it or remove the reference to it. You may want to look through all the places where symbols can be set that could cause a problem for Rithmic.
