We can change your account to a Trial, but first we want you to be aware of the "Emergency Activation" option. This will allow you to get 5 days of Usage Time that will be subtracted from when you renew your next package. This will allow you to continue to use the system, connect to your trading accounts and get the real-time data. If we change to you to a trial, then you will not be able to do these things and you will only be able to get delayed streaming data.

To do the Emergency Account Activation, wait until tomorrow when your account is expired and then to to the Control Panel for your account on our website (you can do this by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" within your Sierra Chart software), then select the menu option near the top for "Services and Payments >> Emergency Account Activation".

If you would prefer for us to change your account to a Trial, then let us know for sure and we can take care of this for you. If you want us to do this tomorrow (when your account is expired) then we will need for you to post again tomorrow to let us know to do this for you.
