Hello,

I was wondering if it’s possible to try another trial for Sierra Chart? I don’t even remember using the trial before, and I keep trying to activate it and it keeps saying, “Error: Failed to send code to number, Maximum number of sms messages already sent to sms number.” I’m just waiting for my funds to arrive and my usage for package 11 will expire tonight! I’ve been a Sierra chart user since late ‘22 and I always add credit to my account every month! So in the meantime till my funds arrives is there a possibility I can use the trial?
