To start with, you are on a Trial. While on a trial, you are not able to connect to Trading or Data services. Therefore, you can not connect to Rithmic. When you want to do the connection, you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account at least once a month for verification.
