We see at least one more symbol that could cause an issue. Here is the line from the log: 2024-07-10 11:39:31.970 | Symbol Error | FDXM0924.EUREX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: FDXM0924.EUREX. ID: 17
You will need to remove that chart or Rithmic will continue to have issues. Although we typically do not see the Error 10053 with the symbol issues from Rithmic. So after you remove the symbol above, if you still get that error, then refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2.
