Are you using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol"? You should have this set to the full symbol that Interactive Brokers needs. For instance, from what you showed in your post, your main symbol would be "VVPR", which is what you need in order to get the data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. The "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" should then be set to "VVPR-STK-SMART-USD". And you also want to ensure that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "Yes".
