There is no support for not allowing Keyboard Shortcuts for specific charts. The same is true for the use of the Bar Period shortcuts through the interface (such as typing '1-m-<enter>' to change to a 1 minute bar period). The one item that does have a control along these lines, although it is a global option, is for "Global Settings >> Charts >> Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window". Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol) In terms of locking a chart so it does not accidentally move, the main thing for this is to set the selected Tool to be "Pointer" and to set the Mouse Scroll Wheel options to "No Scroll Wheel Support".
