Hello, after renewal of sieerra chart, I have problem to get live data. Message I got from SC is following: Notice: You have no exchanges enabled for renewal on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service. To activate exchanges, use this link here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME My believe is that if I have live trading account with IB where I pay exchanges fees, I do not need to pay any extra fees to exchanges with Denali. Or do I need to activate it also wit Denali data? Thank you. |
