Dear support, Just to wrap up this thread: don’t take this wrongly, just trying to inform you. Apparently, my rithmic credentials work in the ninja trader platform. Don’t get this wrong, I love Sierra but I can use it unfortunately only for charting hat this point and will execute through ninja and hope, that somehow sometime this issue will resolve itself just how it started maxm1987, I had this issue and it was resolved by first running RTraderPro and accepting 2 agreements that are presented upon login. The morons at Apex don't tell you this, its not in their FAQ. As soon as I accepted the agreements, I was able to log in to SierraChart. Also, use the first Apex Chicago server, that is the one. @Sierra_Chart Engineering and John - I'd suggest adding this to your resolution procedures for Rithmic since logging in to RTraderPro to accept the 2 agreements is a prerequisite to being able to trade on SierraCharts. I already asked Apex support to add it to their FAQ since they should have known this. I also diplomatically told them it was stupid to try to send me to Sierra when I was getting the same error when obviously it was Apex/Rithmic the entire time without clear instructions.
