There is not a tool that will do this directly for all the Pivot Points.

The easiest way to get a single line between any two pivot points is to use the "Study Subgraphs Average" study. Refer to the following:

If you do not have a lot of other studies on the chart, then using multiple copies of this might be the best option. Just be sure to save them, along with the Pivot Points study as a Study Collection, so you can easily add it to another chart. Refer to the following:

But, you might prefer to use the Spreadsheet Study to do this, as you can use the multiple columns to get the average point between the two subgraphs. Refer to the following:
