We are not seeing any issue with the chartbook ourselves. You state that "if I switch everything back to default it displays incorrectly in a different way". This is where we need to start. Please set the Chart Settings for "Combine Increment in Ticks" to be "0", the "Tick Size" to "0.25" and the "Price Display Format" to be "0.01", then give us an image of what you are seeing in this case.
