Hi, When I rebooted my PC and launched Sierra Chart today (around 23:00 NY time) I noticed that I am now missing the chart data from the period my terminal was switched off. I have tried the simple, reboot PC etc. and also Right-Click Delete & Download Data on the Chart on the bar prior to the missing data. I also found a Support board thread that mentioned deleting the scid file for the specific futures contract so that it forces it to redownload the data again. But I am still without any improvement on the chart data. The instance I am using is also my main instance of Sierra Chart. These are the contracts I've noticed effected MGCQ4 18:15 until 22:45 MESU4 18:22 until 22:34 (An update to this contract, when I right click and select delete and download data, I lose more data, basically the window of missing data just continues from 18:22 until the time when i've most recently clicked 'delete and download data). MNQU4 18:22 until 01:07am This is an example of one of the chart images MNQU4.CME, I added the vertical lines just to highlight the time stamps of the two bars before and after the missing data. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1719293342638.png I also find that if I open a new instance, the chart will load all data perfectly. But just not in the main instance. Below is a picture of a chart in a new instance. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1719307163282.png Is there another method to rectify this missing chart data other than what I have done above? |
