I use date range for some charts, but I always leave the 'Date Range To' field empty.

No settings of the chartbook or any chart therein had been changed.

Maybe worth noting:
The chart#2 in the above message log excerpt, for which the endless loop apparently occurs, is a TPO study chart (intraday; period: 1 day; 0.50x30min)
