This is not true: I am more than certain the organization gives little concern for the customer experience We have done a lot of work on this issue, and we will be still working on it. This will be solved in the next release: With this update I have this problem and now all of the drawing properties are this tiny black grid that makes it extremely difficult to find the settings I am looking for and in some instances the settings that were there before are not there. And also this problem should only be an issue with a new chart and where you have not resized the chart drawing properties window.
