There is one setting that forces a reconnection at a set time. Refer to the following:
Advanced Service Settings: Reconnect (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings)

Otherwise, the only reason this would occur is if you are adding a study or making some kind of modification that would require the chart to need to recalculate.

It is also possible that a custom study is doing this.
