There is nothing special about a TPO chart that would cause any difference in how you deal with orders. Check to make sure that "Trade >> Trading Locked" is not enabled and that "Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On" is enabled. If these are set properly and you still have an issue, then what exactly is occurring? Are you not able to drag an order, are you not able to enter a new order? Are you getting any kind of error? Also check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there is any information in there on why you would be having an issue. And finally, enable Notifications for what you are trying to do and then try to do what you are doing and see if you get a notification.
