We are not sure, as we do not know how to interpret your statement. It all depends on what you mean by "last one". We will try to restate this to make sure we cover what you are wondering. The calculation of "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference High" and "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference Low" is always occurring. One or the other will change, it is not possible for both to change at the same time. Whenever one of these is updated, then the "Finish Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" is updated. Keep in mind, this is constantly occurring for the current bar as it is forming. When looking at historical data (bars that are already closed) then it can be thought of as whichever item was changed last is what drives the "Finish Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" value that is displayed.
