Regarding post #1, you are using US equities data. We made a change now which should resolve the problem for you. We need you to restart Sierra Chart and perform a Force Login just to be sure you get the updated connection addresses:

There are no settings you are able to change regarding connection addresses for US equities data.


We also want you to set this setting to 350 ms or higher:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Remote Buffer Delay Send Time In Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

Due to the increased latency.

Regarding post #2 you are using CME data.


For this setting:

Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

Use one of the following servers:
ds32.sierracharts.com
ds32-2.sierracharts.com
ds25.sierracharts.com
ds25-2.sierracharts.com

For this setting:

Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

Set it to ds32.sierracharts.com

And then you will need to reconnect with File >> Reconnect.
