First, open the chartbook for which you are having an issue and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". We just want to make sure that you have the correct symbols in your chart for the service you are connected to (each service uses a different symbology).

Then, take a look at how much data you are wanting to download. Since this is a "Continuous Futures Contract" it can take awhile to download all the data, since it is having to get data for each contract for which the number of days to load is set. Either changing the chart to not be a Continuous Futures Contract and/or limiting the number of days to load is the next step to ensure you are getting data and not having connectivity issues. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Chart Settings: Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Days to Load menu)
