Your interpretation is not correct. It has nothing to do with how the bar closes. The first part is determining whether which of the "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference High" or "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference Low" was changed. If the "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference High" was last changed, then "Finish Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" is calculated as follows: "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" (of the bar) - "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference High" Conversely, if the "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference Low" was last changed, then calculation is the following: "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" - "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference Low" For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
