The interface that is used by Ninja is different from what is used by Sierra Chart. The interface to Sierra Chart was built by Rithmic and uses the DTC Protocol. Therefore the fact that the credentials work in Ninja has nothing to do with them working in Sierra Chart. And the Rithmic personnel are no help with this. They do not understand, or are even aware, of this nuance. They will tell you that it must be a Sierra Chart issue since it works for other systems. But, as we are pointing out, this is not our issue. The error comes from Rithmic for an interface built by Rithmic.
