There is the option "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change", but this will cause all symbol settings to not update and is not something we recommend. The documentation for this is here: Chart Settings: Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Otherwise, there is not a specific solution that will not update the "Tick Size" and "Price Display Format". Another option is to update the symbol settings for the instruments you are viewing such that the Tick Size and Price Display Format is set as you want for those, so when you change the chart it will update to those settings.
