You need to look at your Trade Activity Log to determine why the orders were closed out unexpectedly. In particular, the OrderActionSource will have the information within the orders. Refer to the following:

With regards to the currency values, you would need to look at the number of ticks involved in the trade and look at your "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" and see if everything is set correctly and showing the correct values.
