You are getting an error connecting to the Rithmic trading server: 2024-06-14 11:48:32.971 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server protocol version: 8. Client protocol version: 8 2024-06-14 11:48:32.971 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Logon error received from server: permission denied This is not the market data or historical data server. Since you are using the Denali Data Feed, you should remove the username and password for both the market data server and historical data server settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings. And we would recommend clearing the Rithmic trading server username and password and hand typing those. And probably have your password reset from Apex and reentering that new one. We do not have any other ideas about this. To answer this question: AND I had market data username and market data password also set to my rithmic credentials (again, see screenshot): does this mean I received data from rithmic or Denali?
The data will be coming from the Denali Data Feed based on various conditions which are all met.
