We have been thinking about this and we want to make sure we provide all of the information as to possible problems that we are able to help with. With the particular DTC protocol encoding that Rithmic is using, your Rithmic username and password must not be longer than 31 characters. They can be 31 characters or less. But not more than that. If your Rithmic username or password are 32 characters or greater, this will lead to a permission denied error. The documentation has been updated regarding this.
