I completely understand that you dont want to solve issues that come from third party providers. Since I didnt know that the fault is not on your side, I asked this question to you. From now on I will try to deal with APEX

one more question to add to this though: Since I am using Denali shouldnt the charts update nonetheless? When I close my charts and reopen them they update to the moment when I open them but then updating stops and I get the rithmic error. Just want to filter out any possible causes: is this normal or should the charts still update since I am using denali?
