So you are wanting data for the CME Group. First, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Right now, you are on the "Base Standard" package. The Base packages do not allow you to connect to data or trading services. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages You can change your package at any time. To do so, select the following link, select the package you want in the menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. When you change your package, we adjust your remaining Usage Time - so if you change to a more expensive package, your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage Next, you need to be aware that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account for verification at least once a month. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do have an account with Edge Clear, then that will suffice. You will need to connect to that account based on what order routing service you are using with them. If you let us know, we can point you to the proper instructions. Once you have the above worked out, then you will follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
