Hello support, before I explain the problem and you pointing me to the help section, here is what I already tried but didnt work. Rithmic Trading Platform Service Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure I also tried switching the APEX servers. APEX support told me my credentials are valid and directed me to you. I also tried to contact Rithmic support but have nothing heard from them. I also sent you the window log. The error message says "connection error message from service: rithmic direct (...): permission denied" Attached is a screenshot of my data/trade service settings for rithmic. I am clueless as to why this is happening. |
