Basically what the problem is that there is a connectivity problem with the transmission of data from the CTS server at this address: fix-chart.t4login.com:10443 to your computer. We recommend checking with your ISP to see if they can help with this. We specifically recommend asking them to see if they are blocking or throttling port 10443.
