Our strong overwhelming recommendation is do not use Rithmic! Once again do not use Rithmic. If you have to use Rithmic, and you do not want the problem then please discontinue the use of Sierra Chart. We cannot help at all with this. This is strictly a Rithmic issue. It is clear from the log, there are not acknowledgments to your order commands from the Rithmic system. It could be due to connectivity but we have no control over that. This is a common problem we see with Rithmic.
