You would have to start with a separate chart that is set to 30 seconds bar period. Then use the Spreadsheet Study to get the most recent bar that is at a time that matches to the 60 and 90 seconds that you are wanting and have that as the most recent values in one of the columns. You can then overlay that information to the 2 minute chart and then use a Study Subgraph Reference to place some kind of marker at that price level in the chart.

It can definitely be done, but there is a fair amount of manipulation you will need to do in the Spreadsheet to get the correct values. This is a bit beyond the scope of our support, so we can not give you the specifics of how to do it.
